I AM SO EXCITED!
Today, I’m posting my very first Youtube video! I’ve spent the last few days working on it, those were a lot of hours but I truly LOVED it! Editing is my favourite thing in the world: photographs, videos, audio… I lose track of time when I edit!
In this video, I will be teaching you how to master the so-called French crêpes! I absolutely love crepes, I cook them as often as I can and they are my absolute favourite goûter (= after-school snack, or merienda in Spain!). I usually cook a lot more than needed so that I have some left for breakfast the following day.
I don’t pretend to have the ultimate traditional recipe (there’ve been debates for ages in France on how to make crepes since the recipe also varies depending on the region), but I do promise to you that you won’t regret picking this one over any other. It is friends-approved, family-approved and boyfriend-approved.
